Julie Ginsberg LaFranco and Bob LaFranco make a great team.

As second-generation owners of California Closets North Jersey, this power couple has expanded the business exponentially—it’s now the 10th largest California Closets franchise systemwide.

It’s a success born from decades of experience. Julie’s association with the company began in 1984. That’s when her parents purchased the North Jersey franchise, and Julie, still in high school, began working there as a receptionist. Bob joined the firm in 1991. Both worked their way up through the ranks, filling various positions along the way. Today, they continue at the forefront of the business, each handling a different aspect of operations: Julie is general manager and Bob is production manager.

The LaFrancos’ achievements are due in large part to their commitment to continued advancement and innovation. “We have invested in cutting-edge machinery,” Julie says. “We’re always adding new products to our mix, and we pride ourselves on providing ‘White Glove Service’ to our clients.”
