The American Arts & Crafts Chair:”A Message of Honesty & Joy” is an exhibition of thirteen exemplary side chairs designed and produced by handicraft-oriented furniture manufacturers- among them Gustav Stickley’s Craftsman Workshops, the L. & J.G. Stickley Company, the Charles P. Limbert Company- as well as smaller workshops- for instance, Charles Rohlfs, the Roycroft Shops, the Byrdcliffe Art Colony, and the Rose Valley shops.
