We like to advertise in magazines that people read in order to learn, to discover something new and to be inspired. That’s when we know our advertising will get results. We display copies of Design NJ at many shows and events. Every time we turn around, the supply is gone and we have to restock. We know people like reading this magazine and that our ads are getting a lot of exposure.

Although my clients will look online for interior design ideas, they often have a file that includes magazines, such as Design NJ, to show me their design aesthetic. I find that many people, myself included, would rather have the tactile experience of a beautiful magazine than viewing a photo on their phone or computer. There’s nothing like sitting with my magazine and a coffee, reading at my leisure. Design NJ is the go-to magazine for many of my clients.

We are very selective when choosing where to spend our print advertising dollars. We consider Design NJ to be the leading interior design publication in New Jersey and have advertised on their back cover since the magazine was launched in 1999. I like the quality of the content and the photography. I find their trend information to be very accurate, and they are very in-tune with New Jersey consumers.

—Susan Greenbaum Gross, Greenbaum Interiors

On many occasions, my clients have come in with folders full of pages from Design NJ. Nothing compares to the images captured in print because they are so impactful and the stories so useful. For me, Design NJ is like reading a good book. It captures the essence of home design, and it is a valuable resource for my business.
