You’re invited to a panel discussion on “How to Maximize the Value of Your Home,” scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. this Wednesday, October 5, at Professional Audio Consultants in Millburn.
The moderator is Gail Green of Gail Green Interior Design in New York City. Other panel members include Ileana Martin-Novoa of Katz/Novoa Architects & Planners in Millburn; Jeff Higinbotham of Statile & Todd Landscape Contractors in Far Hills, Shannon Aronson of Keller Williams Realty Premier Properties in Summit and Barry Salmon of Salmon Construction Services in Chester. I’m delighted to join the panel also to offer my perspective as editor of Design NJ. The panel discussion is presented by Ralph Tarnofsky of Professional Audio Consultants.
Not merely an expression of the individual tastes of homeowners, renovation and design are increasingly used as a means of recapturing value. As residential sales begin to rebound, the panel will investigate renovation and design strategies, including green design, that promote residential values and marketability.
Professional Audio Consultants is located at 182 Essex Street in Millburn. RSVP Gail Green, Interior Design, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
